PART 1.-HOW TO SELECT AND SUBSCRIBE COURSES

Introduction

This part is a brief tutorial for selecting and subscribing to a course. Entities (companies and educenters) can subscribe to courses that they consider beneficial for their employees or students (section A). As for students (section B), they are of two classes: that of employees in companies or enrolled in educenters, who may subscribe to the courses of their entities with their authorization (section B2), and that of independent students or for free, who will be able to subscribe to the course they choose (section B1).

A.- Subscribe to a course as an entity (company or educational center)

The person authorized by an entity (company or educenter) to subscribe to Docuplay courses will follow the following steps:

1.-Choose a course in any active Docuplay program

2.-Fill out the subscription form, check the box and click Accept

3.-Click on the link PART 2.-HOW TO STUDY COURSES ALREADY SUBSCRIBED

4.-Check if the newly subscribed course appears in the Table of Docuplay courses subscribed by  your entity.

5.- Send the student or employee who requests it the registration key (made up of four letters and numbers) which, once inserted by them in box 28 of their subscription FORM, will admit them as a student of a course.

 

B.- Subscribe to a course as a student

The three classes of students in Docuplay are:

-company employees,

-enrolled in educentros (educational centers) and

-independent or free students .

The four educational levels are: primary, secondary, work and university (ESLU). In the doculigas and courses subscription form for each student, there is a box to indicate their educational level; teachers from companies and educenters will guide and train students according to their level; Students will rate their coursemates according to their level.

B1.-Subscribe to the course as an independent student or on your own

1.-Go to one of the Docuplay programs and choose a course

2.-Once you have filled out the SUBSCRIBE form, click

3.-In the table of your subscribed courses, press To the phases

4.-Choose Phase A and select files in one of the three sectors

5.-Open a file in the Joint Table of selected files…

 and

6.-Perform the tasks prescribed in Part 2 to study the open file or file,

perform the tasks that will be recorded in your BlogA.

7. You will be able to alternate studying the course in Phase Awith tests and doculigas inFace C ;

if you are an entity, you can submit your course-related add-ons or metaverses in Phase B ;

From Phase D, reviews and evaluations of BlogA can be made . from other students,

and also from BlogB. of entities inPhase B 

B2.-Subscribe course already subscribed by an entity (your company or your educenter)

The employee or student whose company or educational center has subscribed to a Docuplay course will follow the following steps:

1.-Ask your entity for the password or registration number to subscribe to a course that appears in the Table of Docuplay courses subscribed by it.

2.-Once in possession of said password, press SUBSCRIBE and complete the subscription form for the course requested from the entity, putting the registration that the entity has provided in box number 28 of the SUBSCRIPTION FORM.

3.-Check the box and click OK

4.-Pressing PART 2.-HOW TO STUDY COURSES ALREADY SUBSCRIBED S

4.1.-Check if it appears in the LIST OF STUDENTS SUBSCRIBED TO THE COURSE

4.2.-The table of courses subscribed by the entity will appear, and by choosing phase one, you will be able to start studying

This part contains the five phases that make up the study of each course

PHASE A.- CONTENT TASKS

In this phase, the student can choose and study the files selected for the course by various search engines in the cloud. About the three categories of files, see Guide 1.2.- COURSES AND METHODS, Section D.

To start studying the three types of files:

Section A.-Select and study downloadable files

A1.Select

- Observations

1.-Search engines with downloadable files have this word in their name, just as those with linkable files have this other word; Other search engines usually provide metaverses or augmented reality, that is, complementary or enriching content of the course material, usable in teaching thanks to almost universal digitization and the Internet (companies, products, services, patents, applications, personalities, museums, events etc.).

3.-Given the continuous growth and renewal of the contents of the Web or Cloud, Docuplay will frequently update the search engines.

4. Keep in mind that working with files, whether downloadable, linkable, or metaverse, is the main factor for the evaluation of your course in your final certification and, therefore, for its validity with respect to your professional future or labor.

5.-At the moment, the downloadable files of this program are selected from three major providers: USA.gov, Europe.eu and Wikipedia.

6.-Each student will have, as in other Phases, a BLOG.A in which all their tasks and actions will be saved.

7.The right to privacy of each student will be strictly protected through the use of their ID or pseudonym.

GenAI Services

8.-By pressing SUMMARY you can read the summary by Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) of the respective files.

9.-By pressing QUESTIONS you can write questions that GenAI will answer.

10.- Docuplay intends to mix content provided by various search engines because it considers that the Research phase is the first of the five phases that make up the basic formula for the advancement of INDUSTRY 4.0. (R+D+I+D+C (Research+Digitization+Innovation+Development+Marketing)

The mix of varied content is one of the ways that GenAI promotes innovation and improvement of products and services.

PHASE B:

Introduction

In this phase, the benefits and services that entities subscribed to Docuplay courses can obtain and provide are exposed, exposing their products and services that they consider related to the subject of the subscribed course. With this, in addition to promoting themselves and themselves, they will contribute to the practical teaching of students and the formation of virtual laboratories.

CONTRIBUTIONS FROM ENTITIES (to the practical aspect of education and training)

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS: on conditions of registration of products and services related to this course-

1.-In this phase B, any entity (legal entity: company, educational center... and individual) will be able to register and show products and services related to the topic of this course.

2.-Such records of products and services constitute collaborations of great importance for the realization, in the sector covered by each course, of the R&D+I+D+C formula, basic for the strengthening of Industry 4.0 in each country. . ( See Guide 3.1. Collaborations, 2. Economic Service ).

3.-Prior to registering for any course, entities must complete their registration form, but subsequently, they may limit their work to phase B.

4.-The data of each registration entity of its products and services will be tabulated in a Joint Table of Registration Entities

5.-By pressing the word representative, the registering entity must write about the topic indicated in each task.

6.-The products and services may be parts, once interconnected to the Internet of Things , of a kind of basic VIRTUAL LABORATORY for the practical-experimental education and training of the students of each course and the general contributions of the courses to the basic formula of INDUSTRY 4.0: R&D+I&D&C (Research&Digitalization&Innovation&Development&Marketing)

7- Each subscribed entity will have a BLOG.B , in which course students will be able to see and grade all their tasks in phase D.

8.-Students will be able to access the BLOG.B of any entity that registers by clicking their BLOG.B in column 10.

9.-Once each task has been completed, it will be saved in the BLOG.B of the registering entity.

10. The right to PRIVACY of each registration entity will be strictly protected through the use of its ID or pseudonym. ( See Guide 3.2.-REGULATIONS )

 

Section 1: Profile of an entity
